Birthday Cake for Debbie

Debbie's favourite candy bar is Darrell Lea dark chocolate covered almond nougat.

So I made up this recipe to replicate the flavours of the chocolate bar. Two layers, bottom is dark chocolate mudcake and the top layer is soft white chocolate nougat with oven roasted almonds folded through, wrapped with rice paper and topped with toasted flaked almonds.
