I made these for a birthday gift. Decadent and rich, hazel nut praline dark chocolate truffles. They are coated with white chocolate, dark chocolate and cocoa.

Tall Cupcakes
I made this set of three tall cupcakes for a girlfriend's birthday. Chocolate cake with whipped milk chocolate ganache covered in fondant. They are three cupcakes stacked together to form one tall cupcake. I followed the tutorial here to make them by Sugarbloom cupcakes http://sugarbloomcupcakes.blogspot.com/2009/05/tall-cupcakes-tutorial.html They are fiddly and I was not entirely happy with my end result. I think next time they will work out better. Practice makes perfect I guess. Hers are just so good looking and even!
