My first wedding cake! 3 tiers. Each tier has 5 layers of flourless chocolate cake filled with a dark chocolate ganache. Then covered in a white chocolate ganache and white chocolate curls. With white chocolate wrap collars.
This cake contains 9 kgs of chocolate! Not to mention 5 dozen eggs and 2kgs of almond meal.

Vegan chocolate cupcakes, no milk, no eggs, no butter. The frosting is also vegan made with a non-dairy spread and coconut milk. I used dark belgium cocoa in both the cupcakes and the frosting. Also non dairy choc chips in the cupcakes and melted some into the frosting. Sprinkled with edible gold glitter and stars.
