Vegan chocolate cake no milk, no butter, no eggs. Covered in fondant and surrounded by a royal icing cage. Royal icing does have egg in it.

- I have had a cake obssession for as long as I can remember and have been baking cakes all my life. My cake making has been stepped up in recent years due to the fact now I have a family of 5 children. Many birthday cakes to make!
