Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes with Coconut Milk Chocolate Frosting

Vegan chocolate cupcakes, no milk, no eggs, no butter.  The frosting is also vegan made with a non-dairy spread and coconut milk.  I used dark belgium cocoa in both the cupcakes and the frosting.  Also non dairy choc chips in the cupcakes and melted some into the frosting.  Sprinkled with edible gold glitter and stars.

Made these choc cupcakes using the recipe link for a family get together. Fantastic, the family couldn't believe they are diary free. Smash hit!!!
