French Macaroons

My first go at french macaroons inspired by Masterchef.  I took Callum's recipe from the lasted Masterchef magazine and adapted it to make these.  There are four flavours raspberry with fresh raspberry buttercream, coffee with coffee buttercream, lemon with lemon buttercream and chocolate with dark chocolate ganache filling.
