Special cake that is gluten free, dairyfree, egg free and nut free.
This is a gluten free chocolate mudcake with coconut cream ganache and fondant with a vegan buttercream. All decorations are edible and made from sugarpaste.
I have had a cake obssession for as long as I can remember and have been baking cakes all my life. My cake making has been stepped up in recent years due to the fact now I have a family of 5 children. Many birthday cakes to make! I look forward to each birthday and the challenge each brings when they tell me what they would like. I also make cakes for friends as well. I just love to bake!
I am trained as a Home Economics Teacher but have long since left that position many many years ago to have children.
I hope that you enjoy my posts as much as I enjoy baking and showing them off. So much time, effort and love goes into baking/cooking that it is a shame not to share it!
