No butter, no eggs, no milk in these cupcakes. Chocolate cake with non-dairy frosting with crushed Oreo cookies (which are non-dairy and lent friendly) with a mini Oreo on top.

- I have had a cake obssession for as long as I can remember and have been baking cakes all my life.
