8 layers of white chocolate mudcake and dark chocolate mudcake stacked alternatively. Covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant and royal icing decals.

- I have had a cake obssession for as long as I can remember and have been baking cakes all my life. My cake making has been stepped up in recent years due to the fact now I have a family of 5 children. Many birthday cakes to make!
