- I have had a cake obssession for as long as I can remember and have been baking cakes all my life. My cake making has been stepped up in recent years due to the fact now I have a family of 5 children. Many birthday cakes to make! I look forward to each birthday and the challenge each brings when they tell me what they would like. I also make cakes for friends as well. I just love to bake! I am trained as a Home Economics Teacher but have long since left that position many many years ago to have children. I hope that you enjoy my posts as much as I enjoy baking and showing them off. These gorgeous cupcakes and amazing Star Wars cake was ordered for my son's 5th birthday party. Everyone commented on how great they looked and of course they tasted delicious. I had only one tiny bit of leftover cake to take home that day.
The funny thing is someone mentioned " It looks good and actually tastes really nice too. Sometimes when something looks so spectacular the flavour is really artificial."
Not with Sam's cakes, the homemade taste is so wonderful, you just can't stop eating it!!
