I made this cake for my Mother's birthday. It is a cherry ripe mud cake with dark chocolate ganache covered in green marzipan. With duff fondant roses and fondant ribbon leaves.

- I have had a cake obssession for as long as I can remember and have been baking cakes all my life. My cake making has been stepped up in recent years due to the fact now I have a family of 5 children. Many birthday cakes to make!
