35 Mini chocolate mudcakes with chocolate ganache plus 3 regular sized chocolate mudcake cupcakes with chocolate ganache and 2 mini chocolate mudcakes with chocolate ganache.  Made for a birthday luncheon with 5 birthdays to celebrate.  Birthday ladies each got their own mini cake.  Two special ones made for the ladies turning 65.

Orange almond polenta cake covered in vanilla buttercream and fondant.  Hand molded white chocolate fondant roses.

Building Blocks Birthday Cakes

These were made for my son who was having a lego birthday party.  So the theme was building blocks.  All edible.  Two cakes were made one for him to take to school and one for his party.  One is a double layer zebra cake and the other a double layer vanilla cake with buttercream and covered in fondant.  The building blocks are rice bubble bars covered in fondant.

40th Birthday Jeweled Cake

I finally had the occassion to try it out. Thanks to Anna and Maria who helped me to make the jewellery!


Chocolate mudcake with chocolate ganache covered in Tiffany Blue fondant and white swirls. Handmade cake jewellery with real crystals, beads and diamontes. Afterwards the wires will be bent so they can be used as a keepsake or Christmas decorations for the birthday girl.

Sewing Quilters 10th Anniversary Cake

Chocolate mudcake with chocolate ganache and covered in fondant.  All edible.  The mini quilts are all handpainted.
