My version of Salvador Dali's Melting Clocks painting in cake. 4 layers of Zebra Cake filled and covered with hazelnut chocolate ganache and fondant. The clocks and ants are all edible made from fondant and royal icing. The wood is real. Made for an Art Show to be eaten on the night.
I have had a cake obssession for as long as I can remember and have been baking cakes all my life. My cake making has been stepped up in recent years due to the fact now I have a family of 5 children. Many birthday cakes to make! I look forward to each birthday and the challenge each brings when they tell me what they would like. I also make cakes for friends as well. I just love to bake!
I am trained as a Home Economics Teacher but have long since left that position many many years ago to have children.
