For my Mother-in-laws 60th so we didn't have to put candles into the cupcake bouquet I used these left over mini's.

Cupcake Bouquet
I made this cupcake bouquet for my Mother-in-Law's 60th Birthday. Vanilla cupcakes with rose swirl vanilla buttercream to resemble a bouquet of roses. I used the tutorial by Sandra (socake) on flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/socake/2460701146/

Mr Men Cake
I made this for my son Noah's 7th Birthday. Marshmallow fondant covered Chocolate Mudcake. The Mr Men figures on the big cake are made from fondant, all edible. The cupcakes are vanilla with buttercream. I found the cute little toys for only $1 each so I stuck them into the cupcakes. The kids then could keep them.

Hannah's Birthday Smash Cake
I made this cake for Hannah to smash on her first birthday. It is a caramel mudcake in four layers with vanilla buttercream and fondant rope flowers. I got the idea from http://www.flickr.com/photos/alana_hodgson/2642454850/

Another Swirly Cake
I made this cake to take to a family Christmas gathering. It is Bakerella's Moist Yellow Cake recipe http://bakerella.blogspot.com/2008/11/finally-i-found-it.html. I didn't use the sugar spray though. Just brushed with a little water to each layer. Also used my own buttercream recipe.
Busy, busy busy!
I have not posted in awhile, just been so busy, busy, busy! With Christmas, school holidays and Birthdays galore! Hoping to find the time to update my cake pictures soon.
